1. Who we are

The App is operated by The Nox S.n.c., registered at Viale Ivo Montagni 195, 50050 Capraia e Limite sull'Arno (FI), Italy, VAT number 07109530480. In these terms, "we", "us", or "Nox&Hop" refers to this entity.

2. The loyalty program

The App is a loyalty program for customers of the Nox&Hop gaming pub. It lets you:

• Earn points for purchases made at the pub.
• Unlock achievements, streaks, and levels.
• Spend points on cosmetics and rewards in the in-app shop.
• Receive QR codes to identify yourself at checkout.

Points, rewards, and cosmetics have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Because Nox&Hop serves alcohol, you must also be of legal drinking age in Italy (18+) to make alcohol purchases. We may close accounts that appear to belong to users below these ages.

4. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password.
• You must provide accurate information when registering. One account per person.
• If you sign in with Google, you authorise us to receive your email, name, and Google user ID, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can close your account at any time from the Settings page. We can close accounts for violations of these terms.

5. Points and rewards

• Points are awarded based on purchases at Nox&Hop that are synced from our point-of-sale system. If you make a purchase without identifying yourself as a member, we cannot award retroactive points.
• Points may expire, and the earning rate may change. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes via the App.
• Rewards and cosmetics are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue items.
• Any use of bugs, automated tools, or fraudulent transactions to accumulate points will result in points being revoked and may result in account closure.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interaction with the App.
• Use display names that are offensive, impersonate others, or infringe trademarks.
• Use the App for anything illegal under Italian or EU law.

7. Changes to the App and these terms

We may update the App, add or remove features, or change these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights or the value of your account, we'll notify you by email or in-app before it takes effect.

8. Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent court of Firenze, Italy. If you are a consumer, you also have the rights granted by the EU Consumer Rights Directive and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
